I am so delighted! I have created and launched the first of my “Meet Your Angel Relaxation” series.

This one is a beautiful guided relaxation that takes you to a special place to Meet Your Angel and to find out their NAME.

It also gives you the opportunity to ask your Angel any burning questions you may have, such as “What is my Purpose” or “Am I on the right path” or anything you would like to know.

Your Angel may also have a “special gift” or “message” for you.

It is amazing happen in a very short period of time when INSPIRATION and ACTION come together. I have been so delighted with this product and it seems to me that my Angel has really smoothed the way for it to become a reality for me.

Yes, it really can be done!

I have found so far that many of the blocks stem back to remarks by “well meaning” adults about us and our abilities, which we heard (and took on board without question) as children.

Those are often moments where we felt intense shame, guilt, embarrassment, anger, fear or some other non-serving emotion.

In that moment we made a decision, often out of protection, that we would never be hurt in that way again or that too much pain or unpleasantness came from being too smart or clever or pretty or things happening too easily.

Result- we shut down. We shut off that part of us that is happy, joyful, fun-loving, passionate, playful and in the flow with life.

Through a mixture of skilful questioning and my intuition, I have found I can create a space for healing to take place.

If someone is open to letting go of old stuff, we can quickly and easily get through the barriers of life experiences and release the blocks, so that you can allow yourself to SHINE as YOU.

I believe this can be done in a couple of hours, and so far my clients have all agreed with me. Hence the name- Changing Lives Coaching.

For therapists, healers, counsellors and people with loads of self development experience, we seem to be able to shift stuff that nothing else has reached, and particularly things to do with family.

I had a very interesting experience this week and learned some very useful tools, which I would like to share with you.

On Monday Neil Long, my co-host on Interview With Spirit Show (www.blogtalkradio/interviewwithspirit Thurs 9pm GMT, 4pm EST) asked me if I would like to be part of an interview with a lady called Connie Russert.

Connie channels a group of beings called Paularyo and I have to say, I was very impressed.

She talked about her book, ‘Channelled Messages from a Parrallel Universe”, which you can find on her site: www.toolsfortransformation.com and then brought Paularyo through to talk to me and Neil, separately and together.

Paularyo’s message centres around “Allow it to be Easy”.

So often we make life really difficult for ourselves. This is often that is a result of beliefs we have about success and how hard or easy that should be to attract. Much of that stems from childhood and what we experienced around those things as children.

Paularyo teaches about living from our heart and being happy in the moment and gives some very practical tips on how you can do that.

Firstly, sit comfortably and breathe gently. As you breathe in, breathe in the words “Allow it” and as you breathe out, breathe out the words, thoughts and feelings of “to be EASY”.

Continue breathing gently, and you’ll start to feel peace come over your body and your mind and emotions calming.

The next way to come from your heart is to imagine yourself in a bubble of light. As you breathe out, imagine your bubble of light expanding.

With each out-breath imagine your bubble doubling in size, until it is the size of the Universe. Continue this for as long as you can.

When you are in your bubble, you are in your heart. You can feel the peace and calm come over your body and mind.

It is beautiful and takes very little time.

Connie has some great tips on her website. I will let you know when the interview is going to be broadcast because it is well worth listening to.

The Four Boyfriends
Once upon a time, there was this girl who had four boyfriends.

She loved the 4th boyfriend the most and adored him with rich robes and treated him to the finest of delicacies. She gave him nothing but the best.

She also loved the 3rd boyfriend very much and was always showing him off to neighboring kingdoms. However, she feared that one day he would leave her for another.

She also loved her 2nd boyfriend. He was her confidant and was always kind, considerate and patient with her. Whenever this girl faced a problem, she could confide in him, and he would help her get through the difficult times.

The girl’s 1st boyfriend was a very loyal partner and had made great contributions in maintaining her wealth and kingdom.

However, she did not love the first boyfriend. Although he loved her deeply, she hardly took notice of him!

One day, the girl fell ill and she knew her time was short. She thought of her luxurious life and wondered, “I now have four boyfriends with me, but when I die, I’ll be all alone.”

Thus, she asked the 4th boyfriend, “I loved you the most, endowed you with the finest clothing and showered great care over you. Now that I’m dying, will you follow me and keep me company?”

“No way,” replied the 4th boyfriend, and he walked away without another word.

His answer cut like a sharp knife right into her heart.

The sad girl then asked the 3rd boyfriend, “I loved you all my life. Now that I’m dying, will you follow me and keep me company?”"No!” replied the 3rd boyfriend. “Life is too good! When you die, I’m going to marry someone else!”

Her heart sank and turned cold.

She then asked the 2nd boyfriend, “I have always turned to you for help and you’ve always been there for me. When I die, will you follow me and keep me company?”

“I’m sorry, I can’t help you out this time!” replied the 2nd boyfriend. “At the very most, I can only walk with you to your grave.”

His answer struck her like a bolt of lightning, and the girl was devastated.

Then a voice called out: “I’ll go with you. I’ll follow you no matter where you go.”

The girl looked up, and there was her first boyfriend. He was very skinny as he suffered from malnutrition and neglect.

Greatly grieved, the girl said, “I should have taken much better care of you when I had the chance!”

In truth, you have 4 “boyfriends” in your lives:

Your 4th boyfriend is your body. No matter how much time and effort you lavish in making it look good, it will leave you when you die.

Your 3rd boyfriend are your possessions, status and wealth. When you die, it will all go to others.

Your 2nd boyfriend is your family and friends. No matter how much they have been there for you, the furthest they can stay by you is up to the grave.

And your 1st boyfriend is your Soul. Often neglected in pursuit of wealth, power and pleasures of the world.

However, your Soul is the only thing that will follow you wherever you go; cultivate, strengthen and cherish it now, for it is the only part of you that will follow you to the throne of God and continue with you throughout Eternity.

Thought for the day: Remember, when the world pushes you to your knees, you’re in the perfect position to pray.

Being happy doesn’t mean everything’s perfect.

It means you’ve decided to see beyond the imperfections

Isn’t that so true!

Golden Girl Abundance Guide

Here are some more of Greg’s terrific pictures for your enjoyment.

The first one is called “The Money Tree”. Yes, money really does grow on trees!

We found it in a wood in North Devon in the South West of England. There were several of these trees with literally thousands of coins stuck into them.

We decided it was a wishing tree, so here it is for you.

Wishing you Abundance and Prosperity always.

The second one is one of my personal favourites. We have this one hanging on the in our bedroom, and it seems to have brought us better luck and prosperity since it has been there.

It is a magical place. A real Angel and Fairy Glade in the Forest.
Greg took the picture in the summer in quite bright light.
However when you look at it from a distance and in quite low light, there are faces in the trees and shadowy figures and shapes.

Can you see them?

May the magical spirits of Earth and Nature bless you.

Greg seems to have an amazing ability to capture angles, spirits or energies which appear to be present in a place, yet we only see them afterwards when we put them on the computer and adjust the light.

Dancing with God By: Elaine L. Guercio

When I meditated on the word “Guidance”,
I kept seeing “dance” at the end of the word.

I remember reading that doing God’s will is a lot like dancing.
When two people try to lead, nothing feels right.
The movement doesn’t flow with the music, and everything is quite
uncomfortable and jerky.

When one person realizes that and lets the other lead, both bodies begin to
flow with the music.

One gives gentle cues, perhaps with a nudge to the back or by pressing
lightly in one direction or another.

It’s as if two become one body, moving beautifully.
The dance takes surrender, willingness, and attentiveness from one person
and gentle guidance and skill from the other.

My eyes drew back to the word “guidance”.
When I saw “G”, I thought of God, followed by “U” and “I”.
“God”, “U” and “I” “dance”.
God, you and I dance.

As I lowered my head, I became willing to trust that I would get guidance
about my life.

Once again, I became willing to let God lead.
My prayer for you today is that God’s Blessings and mercies be upon you on
this day and every day.

May you abide in God as God abides in you.
Dance together with God, trusting God to lead and guide you through each
season of your life.

This prayer is powerful, and there is nothing attached.
If God has done anything for you in your life, please share this message
with someone else.

For prayer is one of the best gifts we can receive.
There is no cost but a lot of rewards.

So let’s continue to pray for one another.
And I hope you DANCE!!!

I think the message of this poem is so simple and yet really profound. Thank you so much for sharing it with me, Deb.

A couple of weeks ago I was doing my weekly Angel Reading slot on the Interview with Spirit show and Ken presented a message he had channelled from The Guys on “Who or What is God?”

It was absolutely brilliant and I was nearly in tears because the essence of it was God (or whatever name sits right for you) is an amazing all-loving energy force that wants us to be, have and do all the fantastic things we want.

The message is the last 15 minutes or so and it is well worth listening to.

There is also a terrific interview with Buz McGuire about his terrific new book “The Power of Release”, which will be available shortly.

Happy New Year.

I hope you had a terrific Christmas and Holiday period.

2008 is looking being a very special year. In Numerology it is a 1 (one) year, which is all about New Beginnings. Many of you may still be experiencing old “stuff” clearing away and that is really good, because it allows the “real you” to shine through.

Time to let go of the old year and whatever that brought for you and look forward to the wonder of the New Year.

A special healer friend of mine, Crockett Cresswell, has a wonderful 3 step process for letting go of what no longer serves you.

1) Acknowledge
2) Honour
3) Release

1) Acknowledge whatever is in your life. If you can accept that it is what it is in this moment, without judging or attaching meaning to it, then you are well on your way to releasing it.
2) Honour it for where it has brought you and the lessons it has taught you. Thank it for the learning and growth it has given you.
3) Release it. This can be as simple as choosing to let go and to view the situation in a new light or from a fresh perspective. You can also imagine you are holding the situation so tightly in your hands that your muscles ache, then open your hand and release all the tension.

I have come across some terrific resources for helping you to release unhelpful blocks and beliefs and I will be sharing a few of them on this blog.
