Angels of Abundance

I have had some very interesting conversations with my friend Ken MacLean on the Interview With Spirit Radio show recently.

As many of you probably know Ken channels (if that is the right word) a group of enlightened, fun, very wise beings called “The Guys” and Ken shares their wisdom each week on a various topics.

Ken has some quite strong political opinions and they have been quite a source of frustration to him over time. With being in the UK, I have got some very strong opinions on the European Union.

You can read some terrific information on how we Brits can quickly extricate ourselves from the EU on Christopher Story’s World Reports Newsletter.

We both have views on the idea that there is currently plans afoot by destructive mad-men and women to take over the world and form a “One World Government” where the elite few live in total luxury and the rest of us are bankrupt slaves.

I can tell you that when you allow yourself to get into the energy of any of that stuff, it very quickly drags you down and dissipates your creativity and personal power.

However much truth there may be behind these ideas, no-one really knows for certain and that is a matter of personal opinion. However the energy of it, along with discussions on the current world situation, is very heavy and very draining.

Ken and I have had a few discussions on these subjects and also the US Elections and were getting very bogged down in the negativity of it, so we decided to ask the guys their views on these subjects.

The answers were, well, surprising to say the least.

Three weeks ago we had the discussion on the subject of the US Elections on our weekly Interview With Spirit Show on Blog Talk Radio. You can hear the full conversation here.

US Elections- symbol of hope and change.

They key points that came out of this conversation were that people are ready for a change. They are ready for something new and different, new leadership, fresh faces and different ideas.

In a way that could be symbolised in both John McCain and Barak Obama. In many ways, it was irrelevant who won but what was significant was the huge numbers of people who made the effort to got and vote.

Interestingly, one of the points “The Guys” made was that this is really about Personal Empowerment. It is about making the choices to create your own reality.

We seem to be coming much more into a period where people are looking more to themselves and their own resources, rather than being reliant on politicians and governments to provide for them.

Barak Obama is an interesting person. He seems to have a real sense of calm, self-assured confidence about him. In my view, he does not seem to feel the need to force people to like him. He seems to have a very strong vision in his head and is very clear on where he would like to go.

I heard some remarks that Sarah Palin made, where she derided Barak Obama for already having written his “Winner’s Speech” months ago. I bet he had done that and had lived it, breathed it and internalised it to the point that there it was real in every fibre of his being.

It reminds me of a quote from my friend David Hyner of Stretch Development Ltd, who interview former boxing champion, Kris Agabussi. Kris said “Successful people should be LOOKED INTO and NOT UP-TO”.

There is a lot we can learn about a man who seems so at ease with himself. Whether Barak Obama ultimately makes a great President or not really depends on lots of facts, not less his ability to make his own decisions instead of following the instructions of the paymasters behind the scenes. (Ooopps, more conspiracy theories at work here!!!!)

Conspiracy Theories, the EU and the World in General.

It seems to me that we live in a very bizarre world at the moment. There seems to be chaos and destruction wherever we look and in my opinion, our leaders seem to be taking us down a path of total destruction.

I have got myself very worked up over this and especially over the apparent destruction of Great Britain, as our leaders prepare to hand over the last vestiges of our sovereignty to the unelected, corrupt bureaucrats of the European Union.

As least the folks in the USA got a chance to vote for change. We have no say in the ratification of the Lisbon Treaty, which effectively creates a total European super state.

Ken pointed me towards a brilliant article on the World Reports site, which shows just how much political and personal in-fighting there is amongst the ego-driven children in the playground (sorry, the leaders of France and Germany).

I laughed until I cried at the self-destruction of the EU caused by the squabble over “I’m the King/Queen of the Castle and I’m in charge”. Perhaps there really are greater forces at work with all this!

The guys again had a very interesting perspective on all this corrupt sleaze.

We live in times of great change. The vibration of Planet Earth is rising and many would say we are heading towards “End-times” or “Assencion” or the “Age of Aquarius”. There is more and more light pouring into the planet in order to facilitate this.

What this means is that all the old, murky, hidden stuff has to come to the surface to be cleansed, healed and released. It is always the same when you shine light into a dark corner- the unpleasant stuff reveals itself, in order to be swept away.

Politicians and governments who, previously, have been allowed to get away with lying, deception, corruption and personal pocket -lining are there to create the contrast, to show us the things which are no longer acceptable and which have to change.

The old ways are now being questioned and much as these people want to hang onto those old ways, people are no longer accepting them.

The Guys likened this to huge chunks of mud in a pond, which need to come to the surface for fresh, clear water to cleanse them.

They also had a lot to say on the meaning of the word “to conspire”.

To Conspire.

We tend to think of the word “conspire” as people plotting together for something negative and planning some sort of mischief or harm to others.

The word itself, actually, has a different meaning. It comes from the Latin con (with) + spirare (breathe). It literally means to breathe together, to work together and to co-create.

The suggestion from The Guys was to conspire together to create wellness and well-being. What a brilliant idea! They are great believers in Personal Power.

Really, we can only create a reality for ourselves in our own circles, with those people closest to us. We can choose how we react to the world around us, or we can choose to ignore it and create our own reality.

The Guys are so wise and I never tire of hearing from them.

I first read the Moses Code by James Twyman back in August and then I bought the Frequency Meditation CD that goes with it. I have to say it is probably one of the nicest meditations I have done.

There are 2 tracks at the end of the CD which are music only, no vocals, and which have the healing frequencies built into them.

In the book it teaches you how to focus on the thing you desire, whether that is a physical thing or a quality or whatever it may be and to Become ONE with THAT thing or quality.

Quite simply, on the OUT breathe you say I AM THAT and think or say what you want. Then on the IN breath, you say I AM. This is putting your request out to the Universe and then God answering you and confirming your request.

As simple as this meditation sounds, I would highly recommend it. I have felt a huge sense of peace and calm when I have done it. There has been a feeling of “stop worrying, it’s a done deed!”

That is an amazingly freeing feeling to have.

I was recently doing some work on myself using my Changing Lives Coaching Process, which I have just converted into a series of audios.

I was wondering why I still have huge high days and other days where I crumple into tears at the slightest little thing. Some days I can take the world in my stride and other days I seem to suffer from a distinct “sense of humour failure.”

Once I started examining my beliefs, I realised that I am still suffering from a lack of real, deep, genuine self-love. I worked on clearing the beliefs and then did a wonderful meditation with the last 2 tracks of the Frequency Meditation CD.

As I breathed out, I said ” I AM THAT SELF LOVE” and on the in breath, I said “I AM”. I felt so much lighter and freer.

Changing Lives Guide

If you have not read the Moses Code by James Twyman, I would highly recommend it.

A friend of mine suggested it to me a couple of weeks ago and I am now on my third reading of it.

The title of the book is “The Moses Code- The Most Powerful Manifestation Tool in the History of the World”.

“Yeah, right!” I thought.

“How many times have I heard that before? How many times have I tried the process outlined in a book, which seems to work miracles for everyone- except ME?”

Perhaps that was not the best approach to be taking, however within a few pages I was hooked.

This is not meant to be a discussion on the merits of religion or promoting one religion over another and it is not my intention to offend anyone with this discussion.

In a nutshell, it tells the story of Moses and the Burning Bush (Exodus 3:4) and focuses on the powerful words that were given to Moses, as the NAME of GOD.

This name was given as I AM THAT I AM. This has puzzled theologians and historians for centuries as to what that actually means and what the significance is of it to us in our daily lives.

This name was so powerful that it lead the Pharaoh to release the Israelite people, who had been held as slaves for decades. The NAME was so powerful that it was then rarely used after that and in some religions/cultures it is still believed that great disaster will befall anyone who speaks the name of God.

The essence of the book is that we are one with God, we are a part of God, we are made in the image and likeness of God and we are co-creators with God.

James Twyman teaches a very powerful meditation which essentially aligns us with whatever we are seeking and draws it to us. He also teaches how this can be used for much greater purposes, such as spreading love, peace and compassion to our fellow human beings and out into the world at large.

Sceptical as ever, I thought I would try this and I have to say I have been totally amazed with the results so far. I have only used it on relatively little things so far.

Firstly, a good friend of mine had sent me a surprise gift, which unfortunately I had not received. I did this mediation and focused on the wonderful feelings of having received this gift.

I got a hunch to phone the post office about a card that had been left a couple of weeks ago about something they could not deliver.

What had been strange about that card was that I had already phoned up about it and asked for a re-delivery of the item. The next day the parcel brought a pack of free long-life electric light bulbs ( the electricity companies are sending them out before they hit us with 30% price rises in a few weeks!). The parcel had our address on it and someone else’s name, so we sent it back with the postman.

When I rang up again about the same card, the person at the post office said yes, they did have a parcel for me and they had had it a couple of weeks. It turned out to be the parcel from my friend.

The second thing was that I have recently started a healthy chocolate business, which I am so excited about. I wanted some money to buy some products to get started and the bank account was looking distinctly empty!

I did the meditation and had the inspiration to dig out some old investments that I had forgotten all about and as far as I were concerned were not worth very much. Cashing them in gave me the money I needed to start my business.

My intuition seems to have improved considerably. I have set intentions for my business and I have been amazed at how quickly that is all falling into place.

I have to now watch for any limiting beliefs that might be shouting that I am not worthy and that things can’t be this easy. They will get well squashed if they dare to raise their ugly, unhelpful heads.

I had an interesting realisation with Money the other day.

I was reading a book called “Creating Money” by Sonaya Roman, which is an excellent book and highly recommended.

She was talking about “Ebb and Flow” of money and it really hit me as to how true this is.

She said there are 4 cycles to money:
1) Calm- when money is coming in and going out in equal amounts
2) Flow- when more money is coming in than going out
3) Ebb- when more money is going out than coming in
4) Flat- when no money is coming in or going out.

She went on to explain that there are days in the month when more money has come in. This may be when you have received your pay check or salary on a Friday, for example, and your bills don’t go out until the Monday. I love those because I feel really wealthy for a whole THREE days!!

I began thinking about this and noticed how often I get stressed because money is not coming in, yet there is not actually any needed for that day. Or I worry about how I am going to pay bills at the end of the month, when I am still in the first week of the month.

As I reviewed the days in the month, I saw there were really only a few days where I really juggling money.

I started to look at my bank account each morning, once the daily transactions had gone in and out, and ask myself whether I had enough there for my needs for that day.

More often than not the answer was “YES”, so I could relax and enjoy the day. Now, this does not mean that there was mega-bucks there. What it means is that I could what what I needed to do, whether that was to buy food or put gas/petrol in the car or whatever I needed to do that day.

I started to notice the days when money came in that I did not need to spend on that very same day. That also helped to create more of a feeling of abundance and move me out of a “poor” state of mind.

Ideas and Business.
These same cycles can be applied to our business and I think it is very important just to observe which cycle you are in from day-to-day. If there are things you can do to move to a more preferred cycle, then by all means do them. If there aren’t, then my suggestion would be to observe the mood of the day and how you are feeling and go with the flow.

Relationships and Money.
Another interesting point that came up for me was money and my marriage. In our rather traditional marriage vows (in 1993), my husband Greg pledged “all his worldly goods” to me and I, in return, vowed to “love, honour and cherish” him (I could not get my head around “obey”, so we dropped that one).

Money goes in cycles as well. There have been times when he has earnt more money than me, times when I have earnt more than him, times when we have earnt about the same and times when neither of us have earnt anything.

For me, the lesson was sometimes to allow him to provide for the family and to take care of us and not to put myself under so much pressure to achieve and to earn.

I have always considered myself quite independent, so the thought of allowing myself to be looked after was quite alien to me.

However, having done that for a few weeks, it has enabled me to evaluate which parts of my business I really don’t enjoy and those I have kept going just to generate an income.

I have been able to let those go and to allow new creativity and opportunities to come to me, without feeling the pressure of “got to, must, should, have to, ought to”.

An opportunity has come to me which is absolutely perfect for me, which I probably would not have even looked at before.

HEALTHY CHOCOLATE!
I am so excited about this because I adore chocolate and this product can also help me lose weight. Even better! And I can earn from earn well from eating and sharing healthy chocolate.

That period of ebb and flow and allowing myself to be nurtured has been wonderful for me.

This is a very interesting tip that I picked up from somewhere.

Keep an Abundnace Log.

I have just started doing this and I have been recording all abundance that comes into my life. This has ranged from sales of my Angel Meditations to finding coins in the street to other things coming in to discounts on products and services to winnings and free stuff .

Although much of what I am measuring seems to be relatively small amounts at the moment, it is surprising how much abundance is flowing into my life.

I have been working on identifying and clearing limiting beliefs around abundance and that has been very revealing.

I have got a notebook I keep on my desk now and every time some abundance comes in, I write it in the book and say “Thank You”.

So far I have written something every day and it is filling up quite nicely.

This is a wonderful few days for us all. Wednesday 18th June was the Full Moon, which is traditionally a time of endings. It is also a great time to be planning new ideas and projects as we move towards the New Moon in a couple of weeks.

It is a particularly potent Full Moon this time because it is only a couple of days before the Summer Solstice on Saturday 21st June 2008. The Summer Solstice is on the longest day of the year.

It is a great time for clearing away stuff that does not serve you, celebrating what has gone and allowing yourself to move forward with new ideas and plans.

These last few days have been a time when I have been going through a lot of personal clearing on every level. Tears have been very close to the surface and when they have started, it has been like an unstoppable flood unleashed.

As the Summer Solstice is on a Saturday this year, it is a great day to take some time for you- if you possibly can- and just be with yourself, maybe sing, dance, meditate or nourish you in some way.

I have just had a fantastic treatment this morning at the Ele Treatment House in Tamworth. I won it in a competition a couple of weeks ago. It was a nourishing body wrap with Frangipangi oil. It was gorgeous and it was an hour of total, indulgent pure bliss.

The other good bit of new is that the planet Mercury is now going forwards again (Hurrah!) instead of the retrograde path it has been following for the last few weeks.

Hopefully all things to do with communication and technology should now improve!

Hi all,
I recently posted a blog on the subject of “half-manifesting”, see below, where a large sum of money was put into my bank account and then taken out as a “bank error.”

Whilst I resonated with a lot of the comments on the blog, I also felt very isolated and rather confused. In some of the emails I received, I was accused of being “sinful” and “greedy” for wanting money.

I have been feeling very uncomfortable with all this. Maybe I am a maverick or maybe I am just not spiritual. Maybe I am doing something very wrong or very backwards, or I have been a very bad girl in a past life. I never seem to have any money or always just enough to scrape by, and sometimes that is right down to the last penny.

I suppose part of this is my own fault. Since I stopped using credit cards, loans and debt I have become much more acutely aware of how much spending power I actually have- or don’t have!

I want to have enough cash, notes, coins, numbers on the computer screen, whatever form it takes – although not plastic credit cards- to go and do the things I want to do, to take the girls out for a day out without having to worry or pray or meditate or feel the essence of what is tangibly NOT in my purse.

I get fed up with saying to the girls, “No, sorry we can’t for out for the day because there is not enough cash to go and we need it for other things, such as food”.

I have tried the approach of, “well, let’s find the find on the Internet and imagine we were there. Imagine we are having fun there and try to create the feelings as if it is really happening. Then we have had the experience in our minds so we don’t need to physically go and we didn’t need any money for it!”. Somehow my kids have not quite got into the logic of that.

The usual question I get at the end of something like that is, “so when can we ACTUALLY go?” Sigh, not quite the response I wanted.

I would like to book a holiday where and when I choose, or to have Greg (my husband) working at home instead of working away all week, to be able to do things, buy things, give money to people without worrying whether I would then have enough money to pay the bills at the end of the month.

Is that really so wrong? To have a flow of useable, tangible cash, money from all sorts of sources, whether that is business earnings, gifts, winnings, tax rebates or wherever it may be.

Is it really so wrong to say I would like an extra £1000, £2000, £5000 or more in my bank or better in my hand or my purse, so I can do whatever I choose, whenever I choose?

At the same time I am also open to the things I want coming to me in other ways, so that I physically do not need any money for them e.g. someone giving me something or doing something foe me or a barter exchange or some other way.

Maybe I am the only one who feels this way, but I want to look in my purse or my bank account and see real money there, that I can draw out NOW and spend TODAY. Money that is legal tender; real coins and notes and not credit cards or loans or overdrafts or other debt that has to be paid back.

I want money to spend now on things that bring us fun and pleasure and not look into an empty purse and try to feel good and grateful over what may be coming to me at some point in the future or looking at my £1,000,000 Bank of Being Abundance note that is supposed to attract more money to my purse, but which I can’t actually go and spend!

I have never had much success with that idea! It has never made me feel any better and I cannot see that it has tangibly brought me real, spendable cash.

At that point, I often seem to get a real “rub-it-in” email from an internet marketer telling me they have just made $10000s of dollars, pounds or whatever in the first hour of their product launch! - and telling they have sold so many products that their server crashed!

Grrrr! Double Grrrrr! I am sorry, but in those moments I find it very hard to wish them all the wealth in the world, so that (in theory) I am keeping all my own wealth channels open!

Sometimes I find it hard to smile at the Universe’s sense of humour around me and my money!

Patterns of Limiting Beliefs

The more I thought about that incident with the bank, the more I realised that was a pattern that went back to childhood about money being given and then, for a variety of reasons, being taken away again.

There was clearly something there around me not feeling worthy enough or deserving enough to keep the money I had attracted.

So I have been busy working with all the “releasing money blocks and patterns” techniques I can find.

From the first meditation I did I got the following insights and pictures:

1)I release the need to be in debt,
2)It is safe for me and my family to have money,
3)Money flows in waves to me,
4)There is enough to share with everyone I choose.

Personal Money Challenge

I set myself a personal money challenge to the end of June. I identified 5 things which I would like to attract into my life, which consisted of some new some clothes and shoes, Greg (my husband) and Stephanie (my daughter)’s football season ticket, the balance paid on a summer drama course I have booked the girls on, a summer adventure holiday they would like to go on and the insurance premium for part of Greg’s business.

The total cost, if I have to pay for it all, is about £2000.

At the same time I am leaving myself open to receiving these things in other ways.

Firstly, at 9am the following morning I get a call from Greg to say that the insurance has been sorted in such a way that there is little or no cost!

Brilliant! That is £500 off the total. Thank You Universe and Angels!

So I replaced that item with paying the balance of the family holiday that is booked for August.

My plan for this is a daily meditation, using a belief clearing or money attracting audio and then take inspired action on insights received in that meditation.

Opportunities and Action:
What can I do to attract more money and opportunities or find ways to save money?

A few of the ideas I had were: - enter more competitions to win cash and other prizes, place a few bets on upcoming sporting activities, look for some joint ventures where I can promote other people’s products as an affiliate or they can promote mine, create and promote some new products and find ways to fill my business with clients who want to buy my products and services.

I would also be very interested to hear from anyone who has mastered this flow of tangible, spendable money into your life. I think that would certainly help me and I am sure it would help lots of other people out there.

Hi all,

I would like to share with you an experience I had this week, which can only be described as “half-manifesting.” I would be interested on your comments in it.

I have been working with various techniques to Manifest more Money into my life. One of these has been clearing the chakras, particularly the base chakra (where the energies of money and fear are held) with Dyan Garris’ Money and Manifesting Book and Teleclass.

My friend Neil Long has also been running a course called Creating Money, based on the work of Sonaya Roman.

One of the processes in that course has been to set an intention for a monthly amount of income and to create a vortex of energy to draw that into your life.

The figure I had set for myself with that exercise was £25,000 a month. That is a figure that would allow us to accomplish a lot of things in our lives, not least , it would allow my husband, Greg, to give up his job and concentrate full time on his stunning photography- and also help me with home-educating our daughters.

Anyway, I had been practising techniques from both sources for a few days and on Thursday of last week, 29th May 2008, I had a somewhat bizarre experience with money.

A friend of mine had called to visit and we were talking about my Angels of Abundance website and my new product, Meet Your Angel Relaxation and the series of those that I am planning.

She told me how strongly she could feel the presence of Angels in the room.

That same morning I had been doing a bit of financial juggling, to make sure everything got paid for the end of the month.

I was expecting a transfer of around £20 to come into the account.

When I checked the bank balance, I could not believe my eyes!

I really did not know what to make of it and thought I must be dreaming.
There in the account was £20,979!
Nearly £21,000 staring back at me from the computer screen!

I had such a rush of mixed emotions and questions running through my head.
Could that be right? Was that a bank error? Was it mine? Was it a gift from the Universe?

BTW, computers can be a great way for the Universe to gift us extra cash!

The questions continued- did I dare take it out and spend it? was the bank going to come back and claim it back?

I decided I would leave it there and not touch it. If it was still there the following morning, I would assume it was a gift from the Angels and the Universe and I would keep it.

The next morning it was still there, yet I was not wholly convinced it was mine. I could not quite bring myself to draw on it. Some part of me doubted that it was truly mine.

Or perhaps that it could even be that easy for money to come to me.

It sat in the account all through the day on Friday. It was so tempting to draw it all out. It was so tantalising. So near ….. and yet….. was it really mine?

Could this really be Manifesting in Action?

I was starting to get used to the comfort and security that having that much cash in the bank was giving me. I was tentatively starting to plan what I would spend it on.

When I checked on Saturday morning, it had gone.
The bank had obviously decided they had found their error and reclaimed their money.

Other luck seemed to desert me as well. We only had one number out of 6 on the Saturday Lotto.

I did, however, have a terrific response to my Meet Your Angel Relaxation audio.

I felt very encouraged about creating the next one- “Meet Your Angel and ask about Money”.

I think maybe that really is a case of teaching what I most need to learn!

So the questions I have been pondering are:
1) Was that money a gift from the Universe and some part of me pushed it away?
2) If that was the case, why did I push it away?
3) Was it a sign that my manifesting skills are getting better and that they perhaps just need a little fine-tuning?
4) Should I have withdrawn it all and then argued the point with the bank when they came asking for it back?
5) How do I clarify to the Angels and the Universe that, when money comes to me, I would quite like to keep it and be able to spend it for myself?

Any thoughts on this would be most appreciated.

I would certainly welcome any suggestions and ideas on how to add in the other “half” of the manifesting process i.e the receiving and keeping part.
